[Brief] DJ-2 Antistatic agent is a senior polyester staple fiber Antistatic agent made of cationic Antistatic agent and non-ionic Antistatic agent, it can also be used as Pre-weaving finishing agent of polyester staple fibers, the treated polyester fiber has a good cluster and antistatic property.

 [Characteristics and advantages]

  • 1. After the Post - weavingoiling, fiber has excellent cluster, antistatic property (specific resistance is less than 108 Ω)
  • 2. no excitant odor in the processing course.
  • 3.can be used in the Pre-weaving processing of polyester staple fiber, the fiber has excellent cohesive property, in order to ensure close sliver fiber spinning process and draw-uniform.

 [Method of use]

1, Pre-weaving Dosage : 5~10Kg/1000L

Method: Preparation (Agent directly add to the dilution kettle , stir to mix well) -oiling

2, Post-weaving Antistatic agent Dosage : 2~3Kg/1000L

  Method: Preparation (Agent directly add to the dilution kettle , stir to mix well) -oiling after the short fiber is out of the oven

Specific technology users according to the sample, please take into consideration the circumstances (need to (to) improve fiber cluster or antistatic performance, can increase oil Dosage).


1, diluted emulsion should not be stored for a long time.

2, can not be used with anionic surfactants, otherwise there will be precipitation.

3, will be a small amount of floc in the winter, does not affect the use effect after the shake.

[Storage and packaging]

This product is a non-dangerous goods, avoid contact with eyes, transport according to non-dangerous goods.Storage, sealed, avoid light preservation. or following your demands, shelf-life is six months.
